Thanks to Toastmasters International, you can receive excellent training to prepare and deliver a talk without joining a Toastmasters club.
It is called “FAST TRACK.” It is a short course, available as an internet resource for a one-time cost of a mere $3.99! I purchased it and can testify that certainly provides the basics for preparing and delivering that talk you’ve volunteered, or mandated, to give. I find it to be a fast track to public speaking.
